• Have 100% of our team educated and trained on the issue of sustainability and climate change 
• Have 100% of our full-time staff trained to be Climate Fresk facilitators and to offer at least 4 climate change trainings to our clients 
• Offset 100% of our business trip flights 
• Document through measurement the idle and in load energy use of 100% of electrical appliances to manage energy usage and identify potential reduction 
• Refrain from purchasing single-use utensil or single-packaged food on behalf of the company 
• Provide employees with use reusable bags, containers and cutleries to avoid single-use plastics
• Communicate company’s condemn on single-use cutlery  
• Replace 100% of our printer copy paper with post-consumer grade paper (unless explicitly rejected by the client or administration) 
• Replace 100% of our batteries with rechargeable batteries

• We are committed to reducing demand for unnecessary products and services in our daily operations and to consider their life-cycle costings when making purchasing decisions
• Since June 2022, we have switched to purchasing only toilet paper and tissues which come from post-consumer recycled content or responsibly managed sources 
• Starting Jan 2023, we are dedicated to purchasing food and beverages from healthy, organic and/or fair-trade selection only

We are committed to conduct all course of our business in an ethical and professional manner. We have a zero-tolerance policy to corruption and bribery and ensure to comply with the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (POBO) of Hong Kong in conducting all business or affairs.

• Bribery, corruption, and data leaks are punishable offenses and those who participate could face fines or have their contracts terminated immediately
• 100% of our full-time staff is trained on anti-corruption
• Any (potential) conflict of interest situation must be strictly avoided by all staff
• Any staff in charge of or having access to good chain’s assets, including funds, property, information, and intellectual property, should use them solely for the purpose of conducting good chain’s business. Unauthorized use, such as misuse for personal interest, is strictly prohibited.
